Requirements
  • 5+ years at Category Manager position in FMCG environment
  • 2+ years at National Account Manager position in FMCG environment (optional)
  • Tertiary qualification in related field
  • Proficiency across IRI (Aztec), Quantium, Microsoft 365, and Unify platforms
  • High level of Strategic thinking, being able to translate internal and external insights into compelling stories and action plans
  • Demonstrated experience in developing robust category strategy that connects internal profitable growth with external category growth and development
  • End-to-end value chain thinking – You understand the end-to-end functional interdependencies and commercial levers to optimize activities and decisions
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
