About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced forecasting techniques to predict market demand accurately and ensuring optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting Excellence: Develop and implement robust forecasting models to drive business growth and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production to align on demand forecasts and develop cohesive strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline demand planning processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in demand planning & forecasting.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Power BI experience preferred.
  • Excel experience.
  • Exceptional people skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
