We are seeking an experienced Enrolments Coordinator to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all facets of the enrolments process, from lead generation and inquiries to applications, interviews, and finalising student enrolments.

About the Role
  • Previous experience in education, ideally in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management (e.g., Synergetic), and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience conducting student and parent interviews (preferred)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong negotiation skills for challenging conversations
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Relational, approachable, and a true team player
  • Trustworthy with confidential records, familiar with Privacy Act requirements
