About the Role

Our global law firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in ECM, M&A, and Private Equity transactions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on corporate transactions.
  • Work closely with our corporate team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Outstanding academic credentials and training from a leading law firm.
  • A strong background in ECM, M&A, and Private Equity transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
