About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community relations strategies to support the development of a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to ensure effective communication with local communities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to ensure their feedback is heard and integrated into project planning.
  • Plan and execute community events and activities to build awareness and understanding of the project.
  • Provide a point of contact for community members to ensure they are aware of opportunities to provide feedback on the project.
  • Work closely with the project team to address community concerns and ensure that communication is clear, consistent, and effective.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in communications, community, or customer engagement.
  • At least four years of experience in community engagement with a preference for those with infrastructure project experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
