Strategic Digital Growth Leader

We're looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our website. This role is perfect for someone who blends product thinking, design taste, and sharp prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our website's performance, experience, and evolution.
- Manage and prioritize the website's roadmap, backlog, and performance goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or product management, with at least 2 years owning a B2B site end-to-end.
- Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms, including Webflow, and basic analytics reporting.
- Experience with Figma, VWO, or Google Optimize to support testing and CRO efforts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead web work without slowing down teams.
