  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
