We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall business objectives of the organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic support to the leadership team, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for enhanced HR processes.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and develop solutions to address them. You will manage various HR projects, including employee surveys, exit interviews, and performance management initiatives.
