Job Title: Account Growth Strategist
">Overview
- This role is responsible for driving the success of our clients by serving as their primary point of contact and cloud business expert.
- You will build strong relationships with your assigned customer base, addressing any issues that may arise and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proactive, customer-specific business strategies to retain and grow recurring revenue within assigned customer bases.
- Manage subscription/end-customer retention, renewal, and up-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Enable customers to adopt a customer success strategy within their own businesses and maintain a never lose a subscription mindset.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Ingram Micro Cloud vendor offerings and provide technical expertise and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, customer experience, or project management.
- Strong technical acumen and a proven history of customer engagement.
- Experience managing multiple accounts within a territory to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction and renewal.
- Experience managing multi-tiered customer and service provider relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Competitive, ethical, refuse-to-lose attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent team-building and influencing skills.
- Previous experience with SaaS, IaaS, or general Cloud technology is a plus.
