Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Strategist to play a crucial role in shaping sales strategies, creating custom solutions, and fostering meaningful relationships with major accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, identifying market opportunities, and developing innovative sales approaches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the continued growth of major account relationships, ensuring personal and team sales targets are consistently met. This includes leading client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions, and building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders.

The role also involves monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline activity to drive data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the Key Account Strategist will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, and create compelling proposals that align with client goals and effectively highlight the unique benefits of our offering.

Requirements:
  • 2+ Years experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for utilising data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing customized solutions, and delivering persuasive sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
