Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

In this role, you will provide high-quality support and care to our participants, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

As a Support Professional, you will work closely with our participants to develop personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.

You will also be responsible for documenting progress, reporting on client outcomes, and contributing to the development of service plans.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or higher qualification.
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certification.
  • Police check and Working with Children's Check.
  • Valid ID and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
