Experienced nurses are required to work in a dynamic environment providing front-line care and triaging patients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to efficiently manage patient flow.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and take prompt action when necessary.
  • Provide education to patients on healthcare-related topics as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements:
  • A clinical background in General Practice and/or Triage.
  • Providing compassionate care while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts/days.
  • Current ALS/CPR AHPRA Registration.
