Senior Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Gerontological Nursing Mentor to lead our GNCs program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the mentorship program, recruiting and training mentors, and guiding participants through the five-step process. They will also work collaboratively with facilitators to deliver workshop material and contribute to reports on the program's outcomes and impact.
About the Role- Coordinate the GNCs Mentorship program, including recruiting, training, and supporting mentors with clinical backgrounds.
- Mentor participants of the GNCs program to support successful completion.
- Work collaboratively with Facilitators to deliver workshop material during the GNCs program.
- Coordinate surveys, collect data, and conduct interviews to contribute to reports on the program's outcomes and impact.
- Strong leadership and management experience, including supervising and mentoring clinicians.
- Expertise in specialist Gerontology and/or Nursing area(s).
- Proven ability to independently interpret and apply academic and administrative policies in a clinical and research context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of interrelationships between academic, administrative, and clinical policies.
