The Opportunity:
We offer leading resident care and services that promote independence at our facilities. Our employees work in a safety-focused environment. We are seeking skilled Resident Care Specialists to support elderly residents, their families, and colleagues across various shifts.
This role involves working with the nursing and engagement teams to deliver resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner. The attached position description outlines the duties and accountabilities for this role.
About You:
We hire individuals with a passion for making a difference at our facilities. Our ideal candidate is empathetic, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about delivering quality care services daily.
- You should possess a qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or be a nursing student with an educational background related to the role.
- Hold NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain it, as it is essential for working in Aged Care.
- Have excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or hurting themselves.
- Demonstrate a positive teamwork attitude, manage time effectively, and follow strict safety procedures.
- Be passionate about making a difference and committed to delivering quality care services daily.
- Display a positive, fun, and confident personality to encourage residents to participate in lifestyle activities.
