Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our trade store support team. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering our national store upgrade program across NSW and QLD.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on project coordination and store maintenance triage.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise multiple store refurbishment, fit-out, relocations, and closure projects from planning through to completion.
  • Store Maintenance: Act as the central point of contact & record keeping for store maintenance requests, triaging issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
  • On-Site Works Management: Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Project Scheduling: Prepare project schedules, securing manufacturing & delivery lead-times, works quotations as required and overseeing the key Project KPIs to ensure that projects are delivered to the prescribed time-lines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in project coordination and store maintenance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices.
