Empowering NDIS Participants through Tailored Employment Support

As a dedicated employment professional, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your role will involve providing personalized support to help participants achieve their vocational goals and build sustainable career pathways.

You will work closely with a small group of participants, utilizing your skills and expertise to deliver tailored supports that cater to their individual needs. This may include assisting with job readiness, developing vocational identity, and providing ongoing support once employment has commenced.

With a strong focus on person-centered support, you will empower participants to take control of their careers and make informed decisions about their future. Your dedication and passion for empowering others will be key to making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Have current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants
  • Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
