About the RoleThis Administration Assistant role is based in Townsville and offers a Full-Time opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Answer and distribute incoming calls efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to all departments in their daily operations.
- Receive and process information and paperwork about customers, suppliers, products, and services.
- Support accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and take action as required.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business.
