Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Developer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial group, you will be responsible for driving company-wide strategies and OKRs.
You will work closely with manufacturers to ensure seamless handovers and maintain close links with the design team to resolve critical design issues or developments.
Drive innovation and creativity in product development through collaboration with our Buying Manager.
Select, develop, and source fabrications, colours, trims, and other materials in line with company standards.
Ensure best fit is achieved through technical ability and approve final samples with key stakeholders.
Approve all details of final products in line with original design briefs.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in product development or design.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
Ability to time manage workloads in fast-paced environments and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop would be advantageous.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
