**Your role**:
Anglicare Victoria delivers in partnership with Windana and this partnership is a provider in delivering a broad range of community adult based Alcohol and other Drug treatment across the Bayside Peninsula region. We provide Assessment, Counselling and Care & Recovery Co-ordination. Anglicare Victoria also provide Linking Youth and Families Together (LYFT) Program that aims to reduce problematic alcohol and other drug use amongst young people and the adverse effects on them and their families..
**About you**:
- Experience providing leadership and supervision
- In previous roles have monitored program performance and outcomes through the collection, reporting and analysis of data
- Clinical experience and an understanding of theory that underpins drug and alcohol service delivery
- Ideally an expert understanding (over 10,000 hours) in relation to substance misuse
- A deep understanding as to the reasons young people use alcohol and other drugs
- A contemporary approach to the work
- Ability to lead, develop and mentor others
**Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Social Science, Counselling and specifically a minimum of a Cert IV in AOD or Post Graduate Certificate in AOD, including Dual Diagnosis competencies.

- Your salary will be $113,224.80 per annum
- Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
- SCHCADS award level 7.2
- Permanent part time, 4 days per week, so you will have to pro rata the above salary.
