Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing historical and forecast spend data to inform strategic decisions
  • Contributing to risk analysis across procurement and supply chain levels
  • Developing new tools and reporting to leverage predictive data analytics and insights
  • Identifying key cost drivers through data analytics, teardowns, and cross-functional specification analysis
  • Supporting market engagement activities through data interrogation
  • Developing self-serve reporting tools for category teams, including supplier balanced scorecards
  • Creating dashboards with minimal manual intervention
  • Providing analytical support for sourcing activities and events
  • Identifying trends and patterns to recommend improved stakeholder engagement and market engagement
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance
  • Experience with data feeds from ERP systems, such as SAP and JDE
  • Proficiency in using Power BI to create dashboards
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to utilize Excel to its full potential
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Access
  • SAP Signavio experience is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, relationship-building, and ability to influence
  • Excellent researching skills
  • Problem-solving skills, using reason, analysis, and ROI
