Job Description:

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our major healthcare infrastructure project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts.
  • Overseeing the project's financial and office administration, maintaining accurate records and documentation aligned with governance standards.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation and review of the monthly project report.
  • Developing and managing your own work schedule to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs that meet project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, contract law, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management and financial systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a sensitive healthcare environment.
