Job Description:

About this role, we're looking for a skilled Junior Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. They will also be able to review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

Responsibilities include gathering and understanding business requirements, developing user stories and to-be process flows, and working collaboratively with team members to design solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements and develop recommendations for improving existing systems
  • Work with clients to gather and understand their business requirements
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design of Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to design solutions that meet client needs
  • Participate in key meetings with clients to discuss project progress and requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in IT, preferably as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
