Satellite Solution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Configure satellite solution hardware components, develop installations, commissioning, and maintenance of dependent internal systems and customer-facing networks.
- Support and maintain Viasat's airtime systems, legacy TC Comms DP and G2 VAR networks and applications.
- Support and maintain internal network infrastructure, APN & SVN routers, firewalls, servers, SaaS systems, and restricted/classified networks.
- Diagnose issues end-to-end, isolate causes, and implement corrective maintenance to return systems to service.
- Meet quality expectations within agreed schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety requirements with zero injuries.
- Meet response and performance SLAs for the 24/7 on-call roster.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116) from an Australian institution.
- GVF Advanced Installer or GVF Examiner certification.
- Project Management qualifications.
