**The opportunity**

You will provide administrative support to the Endeavour admissions team by ensuring all enrolments are confirmed as being accurate and processed in a timely fashion. This is an overarching administrative role that supports both on-campus and national admissions centre advisors through monitoring and responding to all initial correspondence in the organisation's general inboxes.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

- Ensure all new student enrolments are processed within 24 hours; Ensure they receive confirmation of enrolment and log in details.
- Provide guidance to students on study load, timetables, e-learning, fees, and other requirements.
- Daily management of general inquiry inboxes with appropriate communication
- Work with the Director of Sales, Admissions and Retention to monitor lead flow allocation and appointment setting when necessary
- Facilitate new students to connect with Student Services for ongoing study and course advice
- Participate professionally in a range of student recruitment events e.g. Prospective student interviews), group presentations, Open Days, Course Information Seminars, Expos, Trade Shows

**About you**
- Study at higher education preferred plus evidence of successful experience in a sales role
- Results-oriented - strong evidence of personal drive to set goals and deliver results
- Sales-oriented -ability to ask quality questions to translate interpersonal strengths into sales results
- Organisational skills - a demonstrated, disciplined approach to time management
- Communication skills - interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to generate or convert leads through Sales presentations; Ability to build rapport with people on all levels
- Experience in a higher education setting preferred
- Experience in using CRM systems and reporting
