">About the Role">As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:
">- Providing clinical guidance and support to residents and care staff.
- Conducting resident assessments and case conferencing in line with industry standards.
- Motivating and developing clinical team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Main Duties:
">- Deliver exceptional patient care by providing expert clinical guidance and support to residents and care staff.
- Undertake regular resident assessments and case conferencing to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Review and update relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop clinical team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
