About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse, Care Coordinator, or Care Manager (with at least 1 year in aged care).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of aged care regulations and clinical governance principles.
