Aged Care Leader
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our care team and support older Australians to live with dignity and respect.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for resident-centred care, and excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Oversee care planning, clinical governance, and resident assessments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote resident choice, family engagement, and a sense of home.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and resident experience.

What You'll Need- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse, Care Coordinator, or Care Manager (with at least 1 year in aged care).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
- A genuine commitment to supporting residents to live their way with dignity and respect.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
