Job Title: Property Manager

The Property Manager contributes to the delivery of property and facilities services for a portfolio of properties.

This role would suit someone with experience in property management, stakeholder engagement and leadership.

We are looking for motivated professionals who can work effectively in a dynamic environment to fill several positions and develop future leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a team responsible for property and business support services.
  • Provide high-level client service to staff for property-related services and act as an escalation point for colleagues.
  • Follow up issues and communicate outcomes to team members and managers and escalate when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on property matters.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with property service providers.
  • Update information as new processes/policies are implemented.
  • Draft notifications and input for relevant communication channels.
  • Assist in monitoring quality-of-service delivery and develop working relationships with building managers, clients, contractors and staff at all levels.
  • Provide on-the-job training for colleagues and support less experienced employees through guidance and quality assurance of their work.
  • Support as required.
Requirements

Understanding:

  • Public Governance Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
  • Commonwealth Property Management Framework.
  • Legislation and industry standards relating to property particularly Building Codes of Australia.
