About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ Partnerships team as a Partnership Manager. You will play a key role in shaping our agency partnerships strategy, identifying high-value opportunities, and developing relationships with agency partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and building relationships with high-value agencies across ANZ
  • Leading strategic partner engagement plans, including onboarding and regular touchpoints
  • Driving partner-sourced growth by generating and converting pipeline in collaboration with Sales
  • Negotiating commercial partnerships with agency partners
  • Championing the voice of the agency partner internally and influencing cross-functional priorities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in agency partnerships or a related field
  • A deep understanding of the creative, media, PR, and digital agency landscape
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
