Job Title: Application Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our team as an Application Processing Specialist. This role is focused on accurate and timely processing of applications and documentation, ensuring clients receive high-quality service and outcomes.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming forms and documentation in line with established procedures and service standards.
  • This includes following up with clients to obtain missing or incomplete information, accurately entering and maintaining data in internal systems to support service delivery processes, and assisting in preparing and submitting documentation to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
  • The role also involves managing a moderate volume of incoming phone calls, providing information and support in a professional manner, and working within set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance are consistently achieved.

About You: The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, ability to work to KPIs, and experience with data entry and record-keeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Applications: Process incoming forms and documentation in line with established procedures and service standards.
  • Client Communication: Follow up with clients to obtain missing or incomplete information.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems to support service delivery processes.
  • Documentation Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting documentation to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
  • Phone Support: Manage a moderate volume of incoming phone calls, providing information and support in a professional manner.

Requirements: Australian citizenship, strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, ability to work to KPIs, and experience with data entry and record-keeping systems.
