Job Title: Referral Processing Specialist

Referral Processing Specialist role in the Contracting and Performance Management Branch, Healthcare Purchasing and System Performance. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to process referrals within the Surgery Connect Program and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process referrals within the Surgery Connect Program.
  • Support the Manager by providing training and support to HHSs in implementing program strategic initiatives.
About You

We are searching for someone who:

  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of medical terminology used in delivering patient-centered activities.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience with database utilization and patient management systems.
  • Demonstrates ability to successfully manage various activities with conflicting timeframes.
