We're looking for a Technical Product Owner - Payments to join our Product team. If you're seeking challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership, this role may be suitable for you.

Your Responsibilities At ZEN Will Be:
  1. Develop business and technical documentation for eCommerce products, including merchant reporting systems, merchant onboarding systems, recurring payments management, merchant settlement systems, hosted checkout pages, and new payment method integrations.
  2. Ensure new products align with the company's product strategy and architectural structure, working closely with senior developers.
  3. Collaborate with developers to ensure delivered products meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce companies or eCommerce-related projects.
  2. Deep understanding of the eCommerce/payments business and technical background.
  3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to write clear business requirements and work closely with software development teams.
