Client Success Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new users to our platform and providing ongoing support to promote adoption of our features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
  • Establish positive relationships with customers and the FYI team
  • Project manage onboarding journeys, including migration and refiling of data
  • Manage post-live success programs and campaigns to ensure desired outcomes
  • Understand support issues via email or ticketing system to determine cause and solution
  • Assist with setup and configuration of FYI platforms, and provide ongoing review and assistance
  • Identify and mitigate risks to client success
  • Advocate for best-practice use of the FYI platform
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user content and training materials
  • Provide feedback to improve the product and processes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role leading practices through cloud technology transformations or working in an accounting practice
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a remote team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with practice management software and/or other document management software highly valued
  • Previous experience using FYI highly regarded
