Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the IT Business Transformation function, building strong partnerships between IT and business units.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align IT initiatives with the company's strategic goals and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and deliver innovative solutions to improve products and customer experience.
  • Ensure effective communication between IT and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technology strategies.
  • Manage IT project portfolios, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet desired business outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies and digital trends to help the company remain competitive and future-ready.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in setting up and leading an IT Business Transformation function in a financial services or banking environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering documented outcomes such as operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved customer experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, business-IT alignment, and innovation enablement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at all levels of the business.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with modern IT systems, applications, and best practices in banking.
