About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager and Executive Officer to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Digital Officer and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Manage the office of the Chief Digital Officer, including facilitating workflow, coordinating communication, and prioritizing administration.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure high-quality control and administration of all governance documentation related to the office.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with highly influential stakeholders and their offices on behalf of the Chief Digital Officer, including ministers, directors-general, and other senior executives.
  • Reporting and Administration: Coordinate reporting and provide secretarial and administrative support through a range of activities, including agenda preparation, paper writing, and minute recording.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with CMTEDD executives and their business units, other ACTPS directorates, and external stakeholders on behalf of Digital Data and Technology Solutions.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams to achieve priorities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work with people across different levels.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the work and priorities of Digital Data and Technology Solutions and the ability to apply business principles to drive success.
  • Coordination and Secretariat Experience: Proven experience in coordination and secretariat roles, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
