About the Role

As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to senior executives, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Work closely with the Executive Officer to the Chief Digital Officer and as part of a broader Executive Support network to support the smooth running of the respective EGM offices and the DDTS Group more broadly
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, team members, and external partners
  • Manage and coordinate projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, managing databases, and performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience providing executive support to senior executives is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
