Claims Management Professional

The NSW Police Force is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team in the Specialist Claims Unit.
As a Team Leader - Specialist Claims, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice, support and compliance in relation to Hurt on Duty and other relevant schemes across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance on claims procedures and policy
- Leading a team of specialists to deliver high-quality results
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve process efficiency
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in claims management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
