Job Title: Executive Leader VIC
This is a key opportunity to drive exceptional customer experiences and manage colleague banking interactions in VIC. As a leader, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results and managing colleague relationships to build strong advocacy.
- Lead an expert team of bankers to deliver on the customer experience and management of colleague banking interactions.
- Build and leverage strong relationship and coaching skills to achieve business goals.
- Be responsible for onboarding, coaching and deployment of resources within the team including career planning, colleague leave and recruitment.
- Role model leadership and coaching to implement and embed best practices.
Requirements:
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering strong results.
- Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment and management.
- Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex sales initiatives.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives and identify business opportunities.
