This is a full-time, on-site Building Manager role located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Building Manager will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of buildings, ensuring efficient operations and a safe environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities- Supervise facility management activities and coordinate maintenance work.
- Manage budgets and expenses for the facilities.
- Communicate with building occupants to address needs and provide updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment.
- Enhance the overall quality of the facilities and services.
- Proficiency in Building Management and Facility Management (FM)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with building occupants
- Experience in Building Maintenance and ensuring facilities are well-maintained
- Budgeting skills for managing expenses and financial planning
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Building Management or Facility Management are beneficial
- Experience in managing facilities in large-scale or corporate environments is an advantage
