Building Certification Expert Wanted

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and manage a variety of Class 2 to 9 building projects. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in building certification, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Timely completion of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates and Building Code of Australia assessments.
  • Site inspections and client meetings.
  • Providing building compliance advice to clients.
  • Investigating and resolving customer requests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in ensuring timely completion of construction projects while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Restricted (all classes of building) registration (A2) with NSW Fair Trading.
  • Relevant qualifications such as Diploma in Building Surveying or Bachelor in Construction Management.
  • Industry experience assessing and determining Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates and Occupation Certificates.
  • Construction Induction Card and strong safety mindset.
  • Current drivers license and legal work rights in Australia.
