Job Overview

The role of Field Service Technician is a critical position within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare new machine build requirements in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Commission and train personnel on Wirtgen Group machinery.
  • Diagnose issues or customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Conduct thorough machine inspections to identify potential problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times.
  • Assist in training Apprentices and other staff as required.
Requirements:
  • Australian recognized trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Proven experience in a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role for minimum 2 years.
  • Unencumbered Drivers License.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
