Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Braeside, VIC. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical tasks related to the repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance equipment within an assigned region.

This role involves key responsibilities including:

  • Effectively prioritizing and scheduling field service tasks
  • Maintaining our fleet vehicles' safety, cleanliness and proper resourcing
  • Performing various mechanical tasks to repair, maintain and service turf maintenance-related equipment
  • Establishing and maintaining relevant service information
  • Providing product service training to clients as required
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to promote ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre
  • Participating in internal product-based training to meet OEM service standards

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with mobile equipment maintenance and repair, including hydraulic, electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines
  • Able to utilize test and diagnostic equipment to determine mechanical or electrical issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective business relationships
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License
