**Job Title:** Customer Experience Technician

We recognise the unique skills of specialist Appliance Service Technicians and are looking for a high calibre technician to join our team. The role involves repairing appliances and cooking products, working closely with long-standing customers and providing premium customer service.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals and training sessions
  • Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory

**Requirements:** Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum. Strong communication skills and strong PC skills are also required.
