**Job Role Summary**:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company assets across diverse customer sites.

Key responsibilities include conducting mechanical inspections, servicing and repairs across a range of equipment, ensuring accurate job logging and completion of paperwork daily, monitoring and recording parts usage, and building strong relationships with customers.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A recognised mechanical trade qualification
  • Current driver's licence
  • Sound diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently in the field
