We are seeking a passionate and creative professional to support young people impacted by trauma who reside in home-based care. As a key member of our team, you will use your skills and experience to engage carers, families, and children, working with complex adolescents and developing strong relationships with adults caring for kin.

  • Creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box to achieve great outcomes
  • Agility and skill to engage with complex adolescents
  • A good understanding of and a trauma-informed approach
  • A sophisticated understanding of the legislative, policy, and practice environment of Out of Home Care and a passion for ongoing learning
  • The ability to engage adults who are caring for kin
  • Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills to run successful care team meetings
  • Demonstrated experience in case management
