Senior Mortgage Solutions Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to spearhead the development of a regional mortgage solution.

About the Role:
  • This is an opportunity to lead the strategy and delivery of a game-changing regional mortgage solution that sets a new global benchmark.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development processes, technologies, and methodologies. They will also possess knowledge of small business banking and consumer space regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a 18-24 month roadmap with key performance indicators (KPIs) for what is to be worked on.
  2. Create a compelling vision and strategy to drive success.
  3. Solutions on the roadmap will be closely tied to corporate objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience.
  • A deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
