Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of front office reception, including processing reservations, checking guests in and out, and ensuring full and accurate data capture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly, personalised customer service to guests

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk
