The HR Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and accurate documentation for staff and managers.
This newly created role reports to the Head of HR & Talent Acquisition and drives compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for staff and contractor HR queries.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and contract variations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive HR communications and engagement activities to foster a connected workplace.
- Maintain HR records and compliance frameworks to ensure professionalism and audit-readiness.
- Support employee relations, change management, and continuous improvement projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration are required.
- A strong background in HR coordination/administration is essential.
- An understanding of Australian employment law and compliance is necessary.
- Excellent communication, organization, and systems skills are required.
Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare or aged care, or familiarity with HRIS platforms.
