As a Sales Associate at our flagship Sydney boutique, you will embody the values and heritage of Browns, delivering an unparalleled client experience and showcasing our exquisite creations.

Your Role and Impact
  • Provide personalized client experiences, sharing the story and heritage of our jewelry.
  • Proactively engage with clients to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Be an ambassador of our brand, reflecting our commitment to excellence and elegance in every client interaction.
Requirements

To be a perfect fit, you should have:

  • An undergraduate degree.
  • Previous experience in sales or client services with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills, and grooming.
  • Fluent verbal and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
