Mulberry is a global fashion company and the largest manufacturer of luxury leather goods in the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Sales Associate to join our high-performing Mulberry team in QVB, Sydney.
This part-time role is available and offers a significant weekly commission, generous seasonal merchandise allowance, and additional incentives.
The successful candidate will provide every customer with an exceptional customer service experience, consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs, and use product knowledge to maximise and drive sales.
Key responsibilities include engaging, developing, and maintaining key relationships with the core luxury consumer, building a strong CRM network, and ensuring VM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand.
As an ambassador for the Mulberry brand, the successful candidate will demonstrate passion in all aspects of their role and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to a high standard.
We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a customer-focused environment, demonstrated sales abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow direction.
